Yes, long ago I started out with the good old 19 set. Or, to be more precise, with the Canadian Remote Controls for it, that we used as our private telephones over the rooftops. I demolished those trying to understand electronics. And now I got a new one. Quite a bit more expensive, I might add, then what I paid back then on the Amsterdam flea market, the Waterlooplein. And yes, I know the 19 Set was produced in many countries - but it was an English design. So, I call this an English radios. |
